Valles Caldera
High up in the Jemez Mountains of New Mexico, beyond Los Alamos and Bandelier National Monument, is Valles Caldera National Preserve. It's an enormous basin that formed from a huge volcanic eruption millions of years ago. Boulders from this volcano have been found as far away as Chicago! BREATHTAKING
